Yes, we require a $40 cleaning and damage deposit that is refunded to clients who leave the storage unit clean and damage-free.

Visa/Mastercard unless other payment arrangements have been made.
All payments are required on the 1st of every month.

We require you to provide your own insurance.

We ask that you provide your own lock.
For some units, keys will be provided.

Cobden Storage units are ground-level units that you are able to drive to and access 24 hours a day/365 days of the year.

A rental agreement is required to move in. This helps protect you and Cobden Storage.

Cobden Storage Units are for dormant storage of items. Occupants are not allowed to store food, flammable liquids, stolen goods, hazardous materials, perishables, plants, explosives, firearms, animals, illegal or controlled substances.

A minimum stay of 2 months is required.
As long as you provide notice of leaving on the 1st of the month,1 month’s notice is all that is required to vacate your unit.
When you vacate your unit and it has been left clean and without debris, you will be reimbursed your $40. Your $40 will be sent via mail for your reimbursement.
